Cowboy Confetti Salad

Cowboy Confetti
2 cans shoepeg corn (yup, shoepeg)
2 cans black beans
1 can white beans
2 large tomatoes diced
2 avocados diced
1 bunch cilantro chopped (minced)
1 red onion minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup balsamic vinegar
Serve with tortilla chips or as side salad
* Drain the canned ingredients and rinse. Mix the other ingredients and enjoy
